Merchandise Conditions

Our inventory is categorized into four main groups: "Brand New," "Box Damage," "Returns," and "Mixed."

Customer Returns: 

Return Liquidation Truckloads have items purchased from a retail store and returned for any reason, which may have a high damage rate, averaging around 15% but potentially reaching up to 100%. 

Overstock/New: 

Overstock Truckloads hold factory-sealed items that have never been placed on a store's shelf or sold, typically with less than 10% damage due to shipping.

Shelf Pulls:

Items that have been removed from a store shelf for various reasons, such as store reset, out of season, recall, package damage by customer, or no longer carried, typically with less than 5% damage but can reach the entirety of the truckload.

Open Box:

Items with damaged or tampered packaging, which may have been returned by a customer or simply opened and placed back on the store shelf, typically with less than 10% damage.
